“Health is the great possession”
Allah Almighty created man and made him sublime and superior, the crown of
creation, by granting him knowledge, wisdom, strength and power to act independently. Allah Almighty also granted him a system to maintain all these grand traits and that is the system of maintaining health. Health is actually the greatest blessing that helps man to maintain all his God gifted abilities. Health is in fact a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.

It is health that is real wealth. It is a great gift of Allah. A healthy man can enjoy the beauties of nature. He can lead a happy life. Nothing can relax an ill man. Such a man loses all the charms of life. Life becomes boring for him.He himself becomes a burden on others. Therefore, nothing is more precious than health.
“He, who has health, has hope; and he who has hope, has everything.”
Health is essential for daily life of every person who works regularly. Going to sleep early at night and leave the bed early in the morning is also away to keep ourselves healthy and fit. Man should pay a good heed to his health. He should take good food. He should live in healthy atmosphere. Good food, fresh air, pure water, regular physical exercise and better sanitary condition are the essentials of health.

Good food is necessary for health. Human beings need food to grow and maintain good health. Regular physical exercise makes a man healthy and active. It is as important as good food. Therefore, we should take part in all good physical activities. Sports, games and morning walk are such activities.

Cleanliness is a good thing. It has very great effects on our health. If we want to enjoy good health, we should make our surroundings neat and clean. In this way we can lead a very happy and healthy life.

The improvement of health of the masses is the first duty of the government. It should ensure better sanitary condition, good food and pure water for the public. It should provide the people with first-class health services.Health awareness should be increased.

Health is the real blessing of Almighty Allah we should thank Allah Almighty for
blessing with this much precious gift and should also preserve and maintain it. Health is of so much value and its value should be realized.
