I am a medical student and I know that Vit D levels are difficult to maintain So take supplements containing calcium+vitD combination. Also Vit B12 is a water soluble vitamin you can take on a regular basis. Excess will be eliminated from your body easily it will not cause toxicity. For hairfall problem please check your zinc and vitamin b7 (biotin) levels. Also you can apply vitamin E capsules directly on your scalp.or mix with oil and apply it is a natural antioxidant and reduces free radicals that causes breakdown of hair follicles. Hope this helps Norwegians 👍🏼🙂.

I really like that you brought up the suicide rates in Norway. It's often overlooked due to the "happiest county in the world" rankings everyone hears all the time. I'm especially glad that you mention how much of this is due to vitamine deficiancies that occour because of the climate. I never tought much about how a vegetarian lifestyle would conflict with living in Norway, except that we eat alot of meat here. So yes if you're a vegetarian you'll definetly need supplements, and maybe you should also think twice about moving to more northern parts of Norway. Because the climate is worse up here in Finnmark where I live. And I don't just mean even less sun, but because of the extreme cold you'll need to eat way more calories to stay energized through the day and that will be hard without eating meat.

Take D3 with K2 (D3+K2) otherwise after 50 yrs arteries will start thickening. Leave a wet towel on a stand inside your room, which will solve the humidity and static issues. To make sure for B12, get a blood test done because B12 stores in the liver, and over-limit is not good. House temp 21.5C is too high. I keep mine 19C, it keeps humidity high.

Hi Arvind & Shailja, I regularly watch your videos. They are very very helpful in everyday life in Norway. I have a request. If possible, please make a video of how the health care system works. I still do not completely understand what are the options available, particularly if we have to take a 12 year old child to a doctor. What are the options available both in the government provided and private health care/medical consultation systems; options available during normal/regular hours, after office hours and during weekends; relative costs in the private medicals during normal/regular hours and also during after office hours and weekends . What are the option available if we have to go to eye specialist or dentist Is the procedure same for adults and children.? and do we need a reference from GP to visit eye specialist? . I am very sure like me, many other will very much appreciate this information. All the best. Keep you your good work.

Should we be prepared to face windy/ rainy/ cold weather conditions or will T-shirts work? Also, any idea if Faroe Islands can be visited now? We believe we can fly from Bergen to Faroe but not sure if things will be operational by June.
