Our government is leaving a burden of Zimbabweans to health employees. Health workers are also South Africans who are affected by Zimbabweans. For the fact that they came to videorize the nurse, they came to create this drama

I have seen this in Thembisa hospital the nurse's are going through a lot, the Zimbabwean national come from crossing the border with emergencies already and nurses have to jump to their aid because they become first priority. Maternity ward is 75% foreign nationals and 25% South Africans. The system is over burdened really something has to be done.

I fully agree with the HAITU Secretary General; our healthcare workers are not robots, and they have rights too. This issue of overworking them must come to an end. We need mass deportations because South Africans today are receiving substandard healthcare. Nurses and doctors are now forced to split the attention that was supposed to be given to South African patients, as they now have to accommodate the influx of foreign nationals in our health facilities.

This is not restricted to Zimbabweans, if you visit clinics in the Eastern cape the attitude towards fellow South Africans is even worse but it's ironic that these nurses and their Union are venturing into politics talking about borders and home affairs, the moment you started politicising health care you're creating a disaster because soon or later they will start treating patients based on their political affiliations.

That’s so true and it annoys me when most of these nurses just get away with their incompetence and blame it on politics.
