I had the same question. I don’t believe that’s him on vocals tbh. I think this is Ben from the band Sandworm. I don’t know why Chip didn’t do vocals, but if you hear the vocals of Sandworm, you’ll know it’s him. I doubt it’s Chip simply because I never heard him do this type of vocal style before
