He co-founded Insight Actuaries & Consultants in 2014, growing it into the country's largest healthcare actuarial consultancy, expanding locally and abroad in the 2020s. Barry is passionate about healthcare and wellness and advises diverse public and private healthcare stakeholders on strategy, analytics, and policy.
