These are adorable! My husband is a Registered Nurse. For one shift in every block of shifts he works each week, I send in slice. Today they got peppermint slice & tim tam slice. I am happy to keep them happy. I hope these biscuits made some tummies happy too.

When you are outlining the cookie with a tip less bag, are you also filling in the cookie with the same bag, or is it a different one?

Hi Jessica, yes I'm outlining and filling in the cookie with the same consistency, i call it my 'medium consistency' if you check my description box there will be a link there to my consistency video if you need to find out how I achieved my one consistency to do both outlining and filling the cookie 😊💗

Can I ask what kind of dehydrator do you use?

Hi May, I use Food Lab Sunbeam dehydrator which i love 🥰 If you are looking to get a dehydrator, I would highly recommend to get the one with the fan either at the top or at the back (not at the bottom) as we don't want the fan drying out your cookies from the bottom instead of drying the icing on the top of the cookie. Hope that helps 😊
