The western world healthcare systems in terms of equipping facilities is topnotch. But acess to their healthcare is something you need to be prepared for. Am a doctor here in Nigeria yet people dont appreciate the fact that you can walk in and get seen that same day. We have our downside yeah but its one luxury people trash

You’ve summarised the problem with seeking urgent care. You effectively are competing to be seen with people who are deemed more urgent. That’s the downside of triage systems. Look into doctor house calls. There used to be one available (a few years ago) that offered same day visits by a doctor or a virtual appointment free if you have a Manitoba Health card.

Well I don't know much about the house calls, but I know if you have the blue cross you get access to doctors virtually or through phone calls.
