Hi! Glad I found your recipe. Mmm...I agree with some comments here, it is still a big amount of sugar BUT at least it's not that processed white sugar :/ I want to make a healthier fluff for one of my future S'mores hot cocoa boba recipes :D Ps, you should upload more videos, I really like them :)

I wouldn't say "healthy" because of all the sugar. But it is definitely "healthier" than the traditional flush made out of corn syrup.

not healthy at all, you could use xylose sugar it a 5 carbon molecule sugar the body doesn't use as an energy source so it isn't stored as fat. your body actually uses it as building material for cellular construction, and what the body doesn't use is excreted through the urinary tract. this sugar can be found at Korean grocery stores under the beksul company as xylose sugar. it has anti bacterial properties so it doesn't cause tooth decay, and is found in some toothpaste as a sugar alcohol xylitol which is should not be consumed in large quantities

That would be some expensive fluff considering Xylose isn't widely used and cost roughly $5 a pound. It is healthy for you, but costly to get.

MrCougar214 5.00 a lb is way cheaper than the 10.00 for the 12oz of erythritol sugar alcohol, I bought at whole foods, cheaper than the 5.85 I paid for the 5oz of stevia erythritol mix at the grocery store . Sugar substitutes are not cheap and compared to those xylose beat them and honey and everything but sucrose. and sucrose( table sugar ) is 100 on the glycemic index and xylose is 7or 8, which beats everybody but stevia and erythritol, so my borderline diabetes can breath easy when my sweet tooth wants some fluff.
