To cope, myself I found gardening. There is something so dang therapeutic working with the soil and the earth.

It brings healing to us. A friend who had several major losses in her life started working in her yard for therapy and ended up landscaping her whole yard because it brought her so much comfort and peace!🙏

Thank you, Nancy and Hollis for this video. I try to garden (all containers now) but with pain and medical issues it is gets harder. Gardening does help with anxiety etc... And will help with medical issues once I get everything to grow. I watch and rewatch your gardening videos and this year I bought lime, blood and bone meal. I have been writing down how you do gardening as some veggies need more of blood or bone meal than others. God bless you both.
