I've tried a zillion things. The sole things that really worked for me: A good diet, proper sleeping timings, moving your body atleast for 25 minutes, eating right, using good shampoo and oil. No, if you have normal hairloss, then you can stop using Minoxidil after recovery... But if you are suffering after Androgenic Alopecia, then you have to use Minoxidil for life time or till you want to have your hair...
