So basically guys: defrost if you want to cook in a frying pan, cook from frozen if you are putting them in the oven. Ps you don’t die if you do cook in pan when frozen just you have to make sure it’s hot all the way through !

Hey gal - this is no shade but please don’t use and then throw the all purpose cloths. They are made from polyester which takes 200+ years to biodegrade ☹️ micro fibre clothes are amazing to wipe surfaces with zo flo & they can be popped in the washing machine and reused again and again. 💖💖💖

Hi Gemma,we don't have Aldi inN.Ireland.It is in S.Ireland so I have been to the store.I love it.So good to see you being budget aware.Save as much £ as you can.You are young and in a "spend culture" it can be very difficult to put money aside.Especially when you are the only breadwinner in your household.This is a useful video Gemma.Your audience is young and you are providing a service here.Im very proud you are so sensible and mindful.Quite unique here on KZbin.💟

Helpful tip for your rice, put the sealed packet into a pan and cover with water, place on the heat till the water is boiled. The rice will be done! it's so easy to use them like this if you don't have access to a microwave. People often use this method while camping and call it 'boil in the bag'. Super simple.

Careful using the spray oil on slnon stick frying pans - they've completely ruined the coating on ours! Opted for putting olive oil on a normal spray bottle instead to control amount used 🙈🙈

I hate cereal for breakfast time I like it for before bed it helps to stable my blood sugars as other wise they go sky high in the night if don’t have insulin with tiny bowl of cereal 🥣. I like aldi but hate my local one as the stuff goes out quickly and staff are rude so we travel to a different one now which is so great 😀 xx

I’m actually a coeliac, not all meats in aldi and lidl etc are gluten free. Sausages and burgers are mixed with cereals and grains to thicken them up.

And also, people who are not coeliac shouldn’t be eating gluten free food. It’s actually higher is sugar and lower in fibre. It’s not a “healthy alternative” like someone people are suggesting.
