The gluten free chicken nuggets cook in the oven the toss in air fryer for extra crisp. That is my favorite way to cook!

Nice haul, Nikki. I usually buy my fruit at Costco, but they haven't always had blueberries either lately. I've been using the Greek yogurt in chicken salad, egg salad, and even substituting Greek yogurt for mayo on sandwiches. I like it so much better and it definitely keeps the points down. Thanks for sharing your haul.

I just went to Aldi’s. I saved 40-50% on my daily weekly foods- eggs, ground turkey and spring mix salad. I’m a convert 😂

I use the reduced fat sharp. It has a lot of flavor. I usually just use half a serving. I love using 1/4 cup of the parmesean as well.

I stumbled in one night because a friend was working the show and I fell in love when they opened with Identify and the confetti blasted. It was intense and intelligent and I fell hard! I met the band after the show that night! (Thanks to my friend) and we all became friends and I started following them around after that! So it’s been 11 years 🤭🤭 I travel to see them! I’ll be going to the Nashville show in December for the Sweet 16! I’m so excited! My husband is going to die when I tell him you’re one of us! He knows how much I adore you and this is the cherry on top!

I’m new to WW and to listening to you. I noticed you keep talking about nachos- how many chips are you giving yourself? And pretzels?? Wow! And I would never think that I could eat granola or hash brown potatoes! And especially dips! I just know that I could not take a chip and only get 2 tablespoons of a dip lol! I’d be ready to eat the whole container! So I need to stay away altogether. Sometimes the portions are so small, but the points are high! You must be on maintenance where you can have more points. I can only have 23 and I find that if I can stick to five or six points at each meal that gives me a few points to have some thing in between meals to munch on.

Hi Nikki.. I was watching another video and I believe you mentioned the dark espresso syrup needs to be used within one week of opening, I might have heard incorrectly, but it is actually one month after opening. I have the syrup so I doubled checked..thought there was no way I could use it all in a week
