Wow, you guys liked everything in this one! In fairness, I have had white bean hummus. Easy fast recipe idea: made chicken in a creamy spinach feta sauce from Dimitra's Dishes. Goes together fast, uses milk and stock and feta, shouldn't be high in points (unless you put it on pasta). Double up on the herbs and spices, though.
