Great recipe! Though just to clarify for people cause this is a common misconception, carbs are NOT bad for you. Eating bread in moderation is totally fine, especially for people leading active lifestyles.

i was inspired by this video. my burger turn out really good. Honestly you don't even miss a "real actual" burger. I perfected her recipe and i think i did a better job to my mixture I add spaghetti squash, purple/red onion, small dice of cucumber and kidney beans (which is a great source of fiber). I did not as much meat to my mixture as she did. I use my ice cream scoop to measure (don't judge. I'm broke college student). So a small ice cream scoop to make two burgers. And I top it with tomatoes, spinach, lettuce. On my portabella mushroom i add hummus and mustard. seriously the best thing ever. So freaking good. I should make a video showing you guys. seriously after having my burger recipe you would even want a fatty, grease, chemical base burger. should i make the vid, would you guys watch?

Do men and women have to lose weight differently? That's what I heard when studying The Venus Factor last night. I would like to have your opinion. If you go to this web site you can see a video that answers it clearly. Made good sense to me that i'm going to give it a look. Made my order already. Go here to keep reading. badassbutton.com/60-Venus-Factor-Video-264

I personally don't like complicated diet programs or the ones where you have to buy food from their website - and keep buying it. I've tried those diets previously and they never worked for me. That is why I'm so grateful I discovered The Venus Factor the other week. I have finally achieved my second milestone and would like to share this amazing fat loss system with someone who is having trouble burning fat. Check this page to learn more. badassbutton.com/12-Weight-Loss-Tips-747

Losing fat quickly is mission impossible for some individuals, however, you can easily shed all the fat you want with a proven system I found last night. This KZbin video clip is fine, however if you want a possible way to burn fat, you need to examine the Venus Factor. I have been using the system and it works for me! I was so pleased I decided to share the web site here with all of you. badassbutton.com/61-Lose-Weight-652

CASSEY HERES A TIP FOR CHOPPING!!!! When you chop thicker items, use a "sawing" motion. For items that are easy to cut celery, carrots, garlic etc., keep the tip of the knife on the cutting board and chop down (kind of like when you use a large paper cutter). When you chop down and bring the bottom end of the knife up, don't bring the bottom end up too high. raise it high enough to keep pushing whatever food you are cutting through the knife and chop down and repeat.

A useful tip is to add an egg to the patte, so it doesn't fall apart and instead of dicing the onions to grate them so they become a bit mushy add the celery and then leave the pâté in the fridge to set for a few hours. Guys, if you don't like mushrooms or whatever reason, you can substitute the mushrooms for lettuce or 100% whole wheat bread (also comes in buns). The bread will add a few more calories, but you can have an "open faced hamburger" which is just 1 bun. I made this last night and used lettuce it was delicious!!

These are possible replacements for the buns: 1.Lettuce: A rugged lettuce like romaine often fares better than softer leaf lettuce. 2.Egg plant slices 3.Pita Bread 4.Wax Paper 5.You could thinly slice the meat into half (side ways) and use those as buns. 6. Eat it without the buns? Just some suggestions, hope it helps :)

Mustard has no calories? Doesn't sound right to me
@SimoraCheeks111 жыл бұрын
It's almost true. Basic yellow mustard is considered calorie free because it's only made of ground mustard seeds, tumeric, water and vinegar, which are all no to low calorie. If you want ACTUAL calories then a serving has somewhere around 3 calories, which is low enough to be considered 0 on labels.
