What should blood types A be eating for their hair? Blood type A individuals need to consume a more vegetarian-based diet. They do not do well with meat, and should instead focus on consuming small quantities of fish.
🔴
Red meat should be avoided altogether. A's should also increase their intake of legumes, fruit, and vegetables. They can consume a lot of grains such as rice and some pastas.

Blood type A individuals have lower stomach acid, which means they are not able to efficiently break down high levels of meat. Consuming excessive amounts of meat can lead to various inflammatory conditions, including arthritis and psoriasis on the scalp. From a supplement standpoint, A's do really well with Omega-6 and Omega-9 fatty acids, which are plant-based.

I was eating the way this video suggests and had problems with bloating and vitamin deficiencies and switched to more carnivore with fruits and vegetables included and have been doing much better

What is your blood type? If you are A and it is working for you. Great body💪 but, still Watch for b12 deficiency and acid reflux kinda feeling.

I think A blood types people still needs to be segregated into two groups. 1. Group 1: Where the person has one A allele derived from one parent and another A allele derived frm.the other parent. For this group I think a strong vegetarian diet will be very useful. 2. Group 2: Where the person has one A allele derived from one parent and another O allele (i.e. lack of A antigen) derived from the other parent. This type of people are still categorised as A blood type person as the blood transfusion behavior is still similar to the first case. But in actuality as we can see there is a difference between the two. For these kind of people a more mixed diet with bit more meat in diet than the first group would probably be more suitable. I am from this second group.

A+ here. Some chicken and sardines, otherwise pulses, nuts, tons of veggies, and some fruit. Bake my own sourdough whole wheat bread. Also eat some pasta. Heavyhanding, tai chi, and yardwork are my exercise. Healthy and hale at 66.

Eating a carnivore diet ( MEAT) actually has healed most of my conditions. Migraines, gone. Arthritis, gone. Skin rashes, gone! RLS, gone..I'm pretty sure this may not be true for all of us As...

Same. I actually had to figure out insulin & hormones for my kiddos two conditions that we were told could kill her and needed meds for her to live. From 2017 to 2019 I had slowly removed every carb, piece by piece so she/we never felt carbohydrate withdrawal (keto flu?), but by at the very end we went carnivore & 2 weeks later they said she was negative. And that’s after telling me just two weeks prior that she could not go on without meds or it was too dangerous. That was 2019 and it’s 2024. So they haven’t asked what we did or approved it but they also haven’t said she needs meds because I think all they are looking at is the labs so beyond that they have no opinion and have only advised medication along the way. Never said diet was an option. Apparently it was.. 👀

I am A+ and full of inflammation. H.S. (Hydrdentitis Supperativa) sufferer. Also ended up with Pyoderma Gangrenosum a secondary autoimmune condition and I just have no idea what's best for me. One dr says keto, another says no red meat, then another says carnivore... I seriously am thinking about eating ice and salt from now on 😮 haha goodness.

Have you given each one a fair shot? Do you have good information, enough info to know how to do each one properly & the adjustment periods, what to expect in the beginning, etc? I bet buckling down & following your lab results could help. Especially if you have medical devices at home to allow you to watch anything you are concerned with. We started one meal at a time and boy was I surprised the labwork somehow magically showed the auto-immune issue disappeared at the very next labs 2 weeks later and symptoms all gone. It was worth giving something a shot! That was 2019 and it’s 2024 and still labs show negative each time.

My husband is A+ and is feeling amazing on a primarily meat/eggs lifestyle. Eating for your bloodtype has been debunked multiple times. Animals have ABO blood types, yet they eat the same.

A+ blood type here.. I'd been on and off with the vegetarian diet since I was in my 20's (35 now).. I must admit, I always felt my best on a vegetarian diet... Red meat is tasty, but it wreaks havoc on my stomach.. I immediately get bloated, etc... Eating according to ones blood type just MIGHT be the way to go!

My husband is Blood type A. He thrives in red meat, eggs, butter, etc. (Carnivore lifestyle) He doesn’t like fish and grains cause inflamation in his joints. Hmm, I don't know..I'm increasingly skeptical of Blood type diets. Think about animals. They have ABO blood types but eat the same. Thoughts?

There’s no study how how blood types and hair are linked. Male pattern baldness is correlated to your DHT levels. Everyone would benefit from eating healthy

People saying blood type diet doesn't plays any role. Inflammation plays a lot in triggering of dht. And inflammation occurs due to chronic Stress . And stress is not only mental it can be physical. So if you are psychologically stress + eating a diet heavy to digest that can cause bloating gas etc .. your overall inflammation will double or amplify. So one needs to boost up or sustain rest and digest mechanism of the body to be able to absorb better . Once absorption is better , probability of blood nutrition enrichment and transportation becomes better. Focus on mental strength, excercise and follow a diet with 70% wholesome veggies ( cut out okra , brinjal etc ) , and 30% meat if non veg ( white ) .

Try eating more raw food over cooked as cooking depletes nutrients. Dark leafy greens, spinach, kale, are great iron sources. If raw isn’t as manageable, lightly steaming for 15-20 minutes should retain most of the nutrients. More so if steamed from frozen. If you are a non-secretor and not a vegetarian, you can also have lamb. A red meat, but safer than beef for those nonnie A’s that still want to eat some form of red meat.

AB blood types don't do too well on meats such as red meats they don't have enough stomach acid to break it down so a Mediterranean diet suits you better ,also when AB eat alot of protein they gain weight from it because they can't digest it it turns into fat in their bodies and toxins that if overload can cause stress

Is there another test out there to find out if you are AO besides having a baby?? We (hubby and i) found out when we had our O baby!! (Other child is A) There is a 25% chance of finding out :) So we know i am AO + he is AO. Baby can be = Aa or AO -both will test A) or an “OO” ;) aka O. Herstory ;) Long ago I (A) was a patient of D’Adamo’s before i had kids. He helped me a lot with my low blood sugar. Tofu and fish never gave me the energy i needed. I would be tired and drained. He was kind of stumped. Then i found out why!!! ❤I have also seen the system in our O child who tried to be vegetarian for 6 months. She lost energy, grew so pale. She tried chicken and beef and grew stronger quickly!! ⭐️So dear A’s B’s :: if the system doesn’t work well for you- consider you may have a hidden O and you may actually, every few days, need small portions of some serious animal protein to feel optimum. Your hormones need balancing. I just learned that alcohol affects hormones and Caffine stresses adrenals. If you are 50 + maybe HCL with activator for digesting red meat and adding electrolye powder to water. Get your hair tested for Mineral defficiency. Traditional Chinese medicine diet for spleen and liver. Liver responds well to Celery juice ! Good luck

I have no idea my parents blood type they don't know mine I'm 25 and this information is extremely necessary for survival at the least and good for information for the future so I'm just wondering if someone who doesn't have medical insurance and has to find the least expensive way to find out your blood type in case of emergency and yes entirely I have had skin issues a lot and I always crave those foods listed before plz help!
