It'd definitely help if it was cheaper - and the convenience is a big part of it, too. It's viewed as more convenient and cost effective in terms of time, to eat commercial food. Cooking at home is great, but it takes time to buy the food ingredients, prepare it, clean the kitchen, etc. If you count that time and the costs, commercial fast food is often cheaper. The problem is not so much fast food, but that so much of fast food is unhealthy, such as fried, full of sugar and chemicals, etc. That's why commercial food that's designed to be healthy is encouraging,
@cauliflowerhead27353 жыл бұрын
Cooking indian food 3 times a day is time consuming and cumbersome, the reason we're able to eat the way we do is bcz many people, especially mothers in our social context,take a back seat and dedicate their whole lives to just cooking. In developed nations both time and talent is valued and they don't waste it for long spans of time, or so it seems to me as an observer.
