Mind Over Munch hi I'm on keto is there anyway that you can do a low carb moderate fat little to no sugar options for these restaurants I would really appreciate it
@TheVeganStudent_7 жыл бұрын
Mind Over Munch do you really think some these are healthy options because one thing you forgot to focus on is saturated fat and cholesterol which cause heart disease and so many of the meals you showed involved meat and meat is high in saturated fat and cholesterol which not only causes heart disease but cancer as well because these foods are carcinogenic. Not to mention the saturated fat and cholesterol cause Alzheimer's disease because it can also clog the arteries going to the brain which causes it to slowly die out. Also the high amounts of fat in these foods will cause diabetes because it prevents insulin from entering the cell causing you to become insulin resistant. Maybe you should just say that these foods are unhealthy because fast food restaurants normally don't have that many healthy options.

Also, I really love that I can relate so much to your channel and posts even though my lifestyle is different than most that are subscribed to this channel. I'm currently gaining weight and building muscle but I'm trying to do it in the cleanest way possible which consist of me eating a diet of mostly whole foods and not eating out as much. Ironically some of the options you've listed in this video I usually go for when I'm out and I don't want to miss a meal but I cant get home to eat. Only difference is since I'm trying to gain I usually get two of something (ex Egg White delights) so I can properly hit my macros for the day. At Subway today I got away with 440 calories because I got oven baked lays original and a veggie delite with parm. cheese avocado/guac served as my hypothetical sauce. I then piled on a bunch of veggies. I at least felt pretty good. Because I had Taco Bell for lunch lol. There I had about 400 calories with a spicy potato taco no cheese and spicy tostada no cheese. So turns out being put in bad citcumstances of two fast food meals in a day can still work out. It did for me. Just gotta be watchful of what you choose to eat.

Why aren’t you recommending to forego the bun when whole grain options are not available? People don’t require bread. They need to learn that. Too much sugar is far more dangerous to our health than too much fat. Anytime you eat white carbs you need to see it as sugar, because it turns into sugar as soon as digestion begins.

At Wendy's I like to get a small chili and a side garden salad and a packet of sour cream. I make my own taco salad (sans tortilla chips and cheese) that is pretty good and filling. From what I can tell online it is about 200 calories, 7g fat, 16 g protein, and 810mg sodium, 6g fiber. (I didn't add the calories for the salad because I don't use any of the dressing).

I love getting the Taco salad. It's pretty easy to make it healthy (leaving out the tortilla strips) and the chili itself works so well as a dressing I don't need dressing (some countries at times give a dressing) or the sour cream. Or you can add just a bit of of the sour cream!

just don't go vegans ruined the world like when I went to a bull fight all the vegans were crying. and it takes 5 liters of water to grow a almond for almond milk and you don't get nutrients from almond milk like you do from cows plus when you cut a lower the sound it makes is it screaming
@okok86636 жыл бұрын
Thomas The train Bullfighting is very unethical, you should look up how the cows are treated, I understand people where crying. And not all vegans eat or drink almond. Vegans take up less of 1% of the world and you're blaming them for almond consumption? And if you truly cared about water being wasted look up how much water is needed for a steak/ milk products. And milk is very unhealthy, cholesterol, high fat and hormones greatly outweigh the benefits of drinking milk (if there are any since you can get all nutrients from milk from plant based sources). And I don't really understand what your last statement means?

Being overweight underweight is secondary to making sure your body has all the vitamins minerals protein so forth and so on it needs to function at its best which includes being able to naturally adjust, adapt, respond and recover to any and all situations internally and externally in the most efficient way that is humanly possible. Because the true key to overall health begins with high sources of nutrition which are far better for a person then even a traditional good clean diet which most top athletes have okay. So if a person truly knows themselves the understand how vitamins minerals protein start carbohydrates oil so forth and so on affect the body. Example how long vitamin C last within the system how many grams of protein a person needs per day how many grams of protein can the body absorb at one time before it becomes wasteful.

A lot of foods here would benefit from low carbing aka lettuce wrapping.

Today’s 18 year olds are yesterday’s 8 year olds. I get diarrhea when i eat at at places with a very young staff. It’s not there fault due to lack of training. They don’t know. Mgr’s need to train and drill it in em how to handle food, like not leave poultry, and mostly all meats out to the point it has become stagnant at ambient temperature.

Well..... Calories aren't an enemy but be careful with that. While they are not directly an enemy, you NEED to eat at a deficit in order to lose weight. Think of it this way: Calories are the fuel. Its how much you need total. The nutrition facts are what list the specialties. Let's say your body needs 1255 Calories. In that it needs an amout of protien, an amout of salt, An amount of fat, and an amount of carbs. It's called a balanced diet. In general though, eating at a significant deficit than you burn in a day like say 500 calories, WILL LOSE WEIGHT. The less you eat, the more balanced you need to make your meals. I urge you all to be careful and please do not take to unhealthy weight loss such as starving yourself etc. That will only lead to binging and weight gain. I know. I have done it.

I love the information in this video, in fast food, I usually order chicken instead of beef thinking it's healthier so thank you for another great video.

I like the way you think lady. All great choices on your list, I loved it. I make these kind of thought too whenever I'm ordering food or cooking now and I went from 233 lbs to 168 lbs to date. God is good.

Bro its crazy how you can still consume almost 1,000 mg of sodium even with all these healthy options. Still gonna keep all of these options in mind though!! Very helpful video
These are perfect, I just wish I didn’t get hungry so fast. It takes me so much to be full. I could eat like 5 tacos at Taco Bell and still be hungry it’s insane smh

Sodium sucks man. Why is there so dang much of it? 😢 Only some understand how much it hurts to eat excess sodium. I have such a hard time eating 2000 calories a day without hitting at least 500-1000mg over the daily recommended amount.

What’s up with you and salt? Who cares how much you eat. Salt isn’t your enemy, neither is fat and carbs. Just drink a lot of water (pee out the sodium) workout (sweat out the sodium) your worrying abt unexassary Things. Smh

What about Burger King grilled chicken sandwich without the sauce/mayo? Plus a small fry is 240 calories.. it’s probably a lot of sodium but it’s still not bad for fast food

The problem is that a lot of these meals are only 400-500 calories. If you’re the average person, which needs 2000 calories each day, you would need to eat 4 meals a day rather than 2-3. This would add up in both time and money

For the dipping sauces in the chick fil a clip you don't have the honey roasted bbq. It's one of the best. Might be worse than the others but I wanted to let you know so you can explore all your options. Also try the grilled nuggets mixed into the side salad and use the hrb I mentioned above instead of dressing yuuum. Lol btw the c is missing because cows can't spell. I work at CFA
