Hey Lil Man, good stuff! Just a few notes (as a woman who dieted down to 12% body fat this year). I would opt for 35 calorie keto bread over the whole grain (even tho whole grain is more nutritious). I cut out all breads and replaced with beds of lettuce and that worked for me pretty well. The oikos yogurt is great, but stay away from that yoplait as it has 14g of added sugar. Salt isn't the enemy! We need sodium for our cells (sodium-potassium pump is important for muscle function). Everything else looks great!

Great video bro! Just adding about the ice cream; you could have sorbet or low calorie ice cream like NICK's or HaloTop they have like 300-400 calories for the whole pint and sorbet has like 100-150 per 100g:D

Thank you! Yeah, I have sorbet as well, I just mentioned Frozen Yogurt because it was the healthiest, but really good call on that!

Stick to the oikos triple zero and avoid that yoplait you showed. Try to find foods high in fiber or protein since that’s what keeps you full. For example 1 gram of protein per 10 calories. That bread I know you can do better. I get a keto bread from Costco that is 45 calories per slice. Also, talking about breaded chicken I also get the Kirkland lightly breaded chicken from Costco. It is 140 calories a serving with 16 grams of protein. I use it whenever I want to make something quick. I weigh my food also.

Yeah, I know I could do better on the bread, the one in the video was just the only kind of bread I had other than the normal one. I also stick with the oikos rather than the other, just when I need a quick snack, I grab those since my parents also eat the oikos. Next time I’m in Costco, I’ll look out for that chicken. Thanks for telling me.

@ yeah the oikos is good. It has more than 1 gram of protein per 10 calories. The more the better. If I remember correctly it has 15 grams for 9” calories. Also you don’t need to think of salt as a bad thing since it is needed if you are physically active. Less salt will make it harder to rehydrate.
