Genetics, sunscreen, retinoids, Botox. Sunscreen is most important.

Be religious about sunscreen, minimum SPF 50. Use Korean or Japanese brands. Make sure your skin is well hydrated with products and drinking water. 48 and I speak from experience. No wrinkles.

Im 45 and perimenopause, and i found going on the mini pill stopped my periods and pms, and i always take a paracetamol 3 times a day to stop the hot sweats, and it works a treat. I used to get hot and pissed off before my period, and i dont miss it one bit, and not ever having one is so freeing and pre-empting the hotness with paracetamol has been a game changer. I thought, what brings your temp down? Paracetamol, so I've stopped the flashes in the most part. Might not work for everyone, but I'd recommend trying it. Gorgeous make up as always ❤

The skin turned out amazing. I love the multi light layers that produce a dewy result. For some reason I, as a late-diagnosed ADHD person, recognise many ADHD traits in Sam in this video. Not saying that Sam has it for sure, but I just noticed it a lot. Not being able to be productive all day (executive dysfunction), chaotic (messy, haha!) workspace, fidgeting/stimming habits as a result of anxiety, tangent thoughts, etc. I know Sam likes constant change and gets bored with things easily too. Anyway, just an observation - I know it's none of my business!. :) I really appreciate the makeup look. Good luck with the facials, Sam!

I wish that I could wear that kind of makeup. I’ve got really really dark under eyes that require a lot of correcting and concealing. The rest of my face is fine with just a skin tint. Anyway you look amazing, really fresh and healthy! Do you know if it’s true that Chanel are discontinuing baume essentiel? Are you going to list the brushes, cuz the one you used for concealer looks interesting. To answer if someone else has got that random patch of grey - I wish! I’ve got like a halo of white framing my face! This continues with a couple of patch on the rest of the head. I’ve given up colouring it and kind of excepted my ageing. Love your chats and easy instructions. You like me have high cheekbones and I have very (I’m 55) hooded eyes so never tend to wear eye makeup. I can definitely relate to the biting the inside of the lip thing. It started as a kid for me too. Then in my mid life I started picking at this one thumb and stopped the lip biting. So weird! Major stressors in life are definitely the culprit, and so hard to quit. Anyways lol. Love this hydrated look though!

@@claref7429 yes, I have diagnosed ADD. A lot of my tells are also symptomatic of PTSD (which I’m undiagnosed for) however people with ADHD are up to 4 times more likely to develop PTSD from trauma. I’m fairly sure I have PTSD.
