Your potato salad is bomb girl! One of my favorite recipes! I love potatoes! I actually think all your recipes are very good! I’m not vegan. But I’m finding I cook vegan about 5 days a week. And I’m feeling so much better! I’m having a hard time giving up Sunday brunch... I’m a work in progress.... I thank you for all the delicious recipes and your channel is great! Oh hey also I’ve lost 11 pounds since cutting out most meat and dairy. Cool! 🤗

Guys, be very careful with pressing your fingers into fruits and vegetables in the store! It often developes into soft, brown spots after a couple of hours. And then they're usually thrown out, because very few custumers wants to buy them anymore, and certainly not at full price. It creates a lot of food waste.

I love Whole Foods! I find they have the best produce outside of a farmers market. I shop sales and buy local, seasonal produce to keep costs as low as possible which make a big difference! Love that you get those little bananas....do you mean the red ones? I've never tried them, should I grab some? lol

I love when we can veganize a recipe. I used to like Martha Stewart's Molasses Spice cookies. I use coconut oil and Earth Balance instead of the butter and apple sauce in place of the egg. They are so darn good! Still my fav cookie. The potato salad looks so creamy and delicious! 😋

@@NikkiVegan sure if I can figure out how to send you the link! You can search MS Chewy Molasses Spice Cookies. I sub have Earth Balance and half coconut oil for the butter and half a cup applesauce for the egg. It took me a few tries to get them to bake not so flat. I hope you try them!

Thank you! I really try to show how I use the groceries I buy because that's the tricky part of grocery shopping sometimes for me....like ok, I'm buying broccoli...but what can I use it for besides just steaming? Or I'll get a whole bag of carrots and I'm over eating carrot sticks 1/3 of the way in, so then I'll have an idea to roast them or blend them into hummus with cumin. Those ideas help prevent food waste and make eating healthier way more fun for me so I'm so happy to share! It means a lot that you like these videos, thanks for letting me know :)

When Trader Joe’s releases their winter items keep an eye out for their wintry blend coffee!! It’s filled with spices and so good I always buy like 5 cans to stock up. Tastes like pumpkin spice without the pumpkin and extra sugar!

Hi Nikki, the best coffee I've ever had is from Mountain Thunder. I always get their Vienna Roast Peaberry whole bean Kona coffee. If you can't afford the Peaberry then Private Reserve is a great second choice. Hope you try one of them :)

Really appreciate your videos! Our favorite coffee these days is also Allegro but we discovered the ETHICAL BEAN COFFEE and LOVE LOVE LOVE it! (USDA Organic - Fair Trade - Canada Organic - Kosher checked) I usually take almond milk in my coffee but I drink this one black as it's flavor is so delicious and not harsh.

Hey girl. I just made the potato salad. Maybe it’s just me but 3 cloves is wayyy too much garlic! I can barely eat the salad! I think with celery and less garlic it would be more tasty 😋 aaanyway thats just my 2 cents

Thanks for the feedback! It is definitely garlicky which is why I let it steep in the hot water for a while to mellow it out but maybe try omitting the fresh garlic next time since that’s stronger and just do a sprinkle of garlic powder instead for a more mild flavor ☺️ Also, if you don’t want to waste the potato salad you’ve already made, try adding more potatoes and tahini sauce to mellow out the flavor a bit. You could also stir through some vegan mayo or unsweetened plain yogurt along with extra potatoes to make it more mild 💚

Just a word about Califia almond milk. Check the ingredients. I don’t buy it any longer. If it says “natural flavors” (along with a lot of other things I would prefer to do without) it may not be vegan or even natural for that matter. I prefer New Barn or even better Malk brand. Malk has almonds, Himalayan salt and water. That’s all...very clean.

Do you usually shop at like whole foods or Aldi/Trader Joe's? Some of the things you got kinda look like an Aldi/TJ's brand. I haven't been able to find vegan chocolate anywhere since going vegan over a year ago and I would love to buy that chocolate from your video.
