Great! I need to do more of that since it’s so practical! I usually spend about 250 a week and grocery shop once per week.

Hi Elizabeth- Your recipes all look so good! I want to try the zucchini boats. Do you cook with lentils? I will try them in tacos in place of meat soon. Last week I made lentil soup, its meatless. It tasted pretty good. Have a good day. 🌻
