Not sure where people are getting the idea that “Cooking or heating up food in the microwave is unhealthy”. Harvard Medical School literally published a piece back in 2015 stating the exact opposite. Steaming your vegetables in a microwave can be healthier than boiling or frying them.

Cherry Wavezz, my father is a doctor and he said the same thing. My father said that heating it up in a microwave won't do anything, but boiling or frying (SOME VEGETABLES) may change the vegetable a bit, but it is still healthy!

@@leggomyeggo6229 I mean yeah lots of things are good for you but it's still nice to know what you're eating especially if you're sticking to a particular nutrition plan that requires you keep track of all of the nutrients in your food.

thatchickwiththehair you can easily calculate it yourself online however I see where you’re coming from due to it being easier if they do it. Although I would say it would kind of ruin the videos for people with past eating disorders/recovering from as let me tell you, small things like that really set you back and can ruin everything.

mayang wardani I do all my scrambled eggs in the microwave now. By far the easiest and most reliable method for fluffy eggs. Unless you don't know how to properly use a microwave of course.

Microwave kills nutrients. I no longer have a microwave in the house. You won't miss it. Use a pan on a stove, toaster oven, or the big oven.
