Morning Healthy Green Juice Recipe
This green juice is perfect for detoxifying the body, boosting immunity, and starting the day with energy.
1. Spinach-Cucumber-Lemon Juice
✅ Ingredients:
1 cup spinach
1/2 cucumber
1/2 lemon juice
5-6 mint leaves
1/2 inch ginger
1 glass water
Instructions:
Wash all the ingredients thoroughly and cut them into small pieces.
Blend everything in a mixer or juicer with a little water.
Strain (optional) and pour into a glass. Drink fresh.
