To answer the most common questions: 1 - You can certainly use a juicer to make these (as mentioned later in the video). I used the blender method in this video for those who don’t have a juicer. 2 - You do not have to add the tinctures. They just help to boost the immune benefiting properties even more. 3 - I usually take one shot per day for health maintenance. However, when I’m sick or during the height of flu season, I’ll take up to 2-3 shots per day (different recipes). Of course, always consult with your doctor beforehand, especially if you’re on prescription meds or are pregnant.

Well the pharmacy industry is a bit of a scam. Usually, the medicine gets rid of the current problem while creating other ones because of the secondary effects, keeping you to buy other medicine and so on. It's all about money unfortunately.

Yes I totally agree, I was put on a 6 day dosage of Methylprednisolone for arthritis in both hips and the left hip has been more inflamed. After the second day my stomach feels like I have been poisoned. I immediately called the doctor this morning. I am waiting on instructions to see if i need to continue the dosage, i have not taken the 3rd dosage yet but i decided to look for an alternative and found this video. I am only 61 yrs young and relatively healthy. I am going to the store and will try this method. Dont worry I dont usually go against doctors orders, but this time I just may. Thank you for the video.

Suggestion….. I would add the droppers of various extracts to your bowl of juice after you squeeze it through the milk cloth. Extracts are expensive and there is no guarantee that you are actually getting the amount you drop in after squeezing the juice out, the could get trapped in with the pulp. So, I would blend your fruits/veggies,squeeze through the milk cloth, then add your extracts. Stir it while it’s in the bowl and then pour into you mini bottles. More guarantee that you will get more benefits of the extracts.😊

Hey, love that you are promoting natural complimentary medications that are great for immune boosting and detoxification, however just wanted to warn that some complimentary medications can have serious interactions with other medications you may be taking, so always check for interactions first! An example would be tumeric and ginger - both can cause thinning of the blood - and if taken with warfarin or aspirin could cause profuse bleeding from even small cuts due to thinning of the blood. Just wanted to comment as a reminded to everyone! Have a beautiful day, stay healthy and fabulous!

Here’s a tip, if your trying to use cheese cloth it will squirt out the side, so instead what I did was strain it and then when all the juice was in the bottom of the bowl I put the pulp in a seperate bowl and strained a few more times. Once you have a solid pulp, put it in the cheese cloth and squeeze till there is no juice left!!

Definitely not a silly question... by separating out the pulp, it makes each shot more concentrated since most of the beneficial immune-boosting and anti-inflammatory compounds are in the liquid (not the pulp). If I want the pulp (for the fiber), I'll just make myself a smoothie ;)

Those looks superb, gonna make one of them soon, i would suggest you to get a slow juicer its more efficient and less time consuming, cuz it separates the juice and the fibers so you get 100% juice

Just my choice. If I want the juice I use the Omega juicer. If I use the Vitamix blender prefer to smoothie it.

I just turned this on by accident. When I first looked into those georgeous green eyes I found myself obeying every word you said. Excuse me while I run out and buy little bottles and all the listed ingredients.😁
