For the 1st Cake-
1/2 Cup Orange Juice
Dry Fruits (Almonds, Raisins, Cashew, Tutti Frutti, Cherries, Khajur)
½ Cup Jaggery+Water
1/4 Cup Milk+Malai
1/2 Tsp Vanilla Essence
1 +1/4 Cup Wheat Flour
4 Tsp Milk Powder
1/2 Tsp (Cardamom+Clove+Cinnamon) Powder
1/4 Tsp Ginger Powder
1 Tsp Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
Pinch of Salt
1 Tsp Vinegar
For the 2nd Cake-
1/2 Cup Orange Juice

½ Cup Jaggery+Water
1/4 Cup Milk+Refined Oil
1/2 Tsp Vanilla Essence
1 +1/4 Cup Suji/ Rava
4 Tsp Milk Powder
1/2 Tsp (Cardamom+Clove+Cinnamon) Powder
1 Inch Ginger
1 Tsp Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
Pinch of Salt

Just use butter or oil in the same quantity or you can also use Ghar ki fresh malai if you don't want to use these

It happens due to various factors. In first case better consistency is important if the consistency is not as like shown in the video, also it's very important not to over mix the better and after adding baking powder and soda immediately transfer the cake batter into the mould and then into the preheated utensil also the flame of the gas is also very important. if the gas flame is not appropriate the cake will not rise.
