Tofu can be used to make a lot of tasty & healthy dishes.
This time I'm going to introduce a despite being a low calorie healthy dish, the meat patties are juicy & have great flavor !
Super refreshing of Japanese white radish dressing & it goes well with the burger steak, really tasty ~ ! (๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵)و
Tofu Burger Steak with Japanese Dressing / Tōfu no Hanbāgu Oroshi Sōsu

[ 4 Servings ]
[ Ingredients ]
Tofu - 200gm
Onion - 1/2 piece
Ground pork - 200gm
Egg - 1 piece
Beech mushroom ( Shimeji mushroom ) - 1 bag
Mini cabbage - 2 pieces
Tomato - 1 piece
[ Seasonings ]
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Ginger paste - 1/2 teaspoon
Sugar - 1/2 teaspoon
Soy sauce - 1 teaspoon
Salt & Black pepper - some
Olive oil - some
Water - some
[ White Radish Sauce ]
White radish ( Daikon ) - 200gm
Water - 50cc
Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
Mirin - 1 tablespoon
Rice vinegar - 1/2 tablespoon
Potato starch - 1 teaspoon

[ Method ]
1. Drain the tofu first. Place the tofu into a tray, put some slightly heavy stuff on top & press minimum for 30 minutes or longer.
2. Stir fry the chopped onion until translucent & cool off.
3. Knead the tofu with your hand until paste texture, add ground pork & salt mix all together using hand until viscosity in a large bowl.
4. Add cool off onion, ginger paste, sugar, soy sauce & egg mix well. Divide into 4 pieces & shape into oval patties.
5. Put all the [ White Radish Sauce ] ingredients into blender & blend well.
6. Heat the frying pan with medium low heat & some oil. Place the patties & fry until golden brown & flip.
7. Add some water & turn low the heat. Cover & continue simmer for 3 minutes.
8. Stir fry the beech mushroom, mini cabbage & tomatoes until golden brown on the surface.
9. Bring sauce seasoning in a pan & heat until consistency of liking, stir in potato starch mix.
10. Place the cooked vegetables on plate, pour the sauce over the steak & is done ~ !
