I THANK YOU SO MUCH for mentioning the Spanish cauliflower rice .. (my mom saw a video and made the cauliflower rice because of you, and it's now a staple) I have had that several times with some ground beef ... It's WW friendly and so low carb... You and Jenn Clayton have inspired me to make videos as well .. (I've lost -72 lbs -40 from WW and -32 so far from low carb included) .. Thanks 👍 💜

❤ your snack videos so much!! I always find new snacks for my daughter who has to eat Gluten free. Nature’s Valley also has some savory bars you should try. My daughter loves the vanilla chocolate chip Purely Elizabeth granola. They sell it at Target.

So WW used to sell oatmeal in a cup for 3 points. If you mix the cup with a little pot of applesauce and one egg then microwave for three minutes you would get a fantastic oatmeal muffin for two points. Loved them. Sadly they don’t sell products anymore.
