I just went out and found the bagels based on this video - Sprouts has them on sale this week (I think their sales go Wed to Wed so hurry) - for $9.99. Worth every penny - made a turkey sandwich today with one and it hit the spot! Love everything you are doing - you have inspired me to get back on WW after 10 years (I lost almost 100 pounds in about 2 years, and have gained it all back in 10 years). THANK YOU!

We have the skinny syrup sauces at our Walmart, they are delicious mixed in yogurt, coffee, ice cream and I love it on sliced strawberries ❤️

Great video! Remember, when you calculate things with zero point foods, the calculator doesn't know that, it only knows the info you enter. So take into account the zero point foods in it for the points :)

Agree! I enjoyed the Royo bagels much more than the better bagels. Much less of a spongy texture.

Haven’t tried those bagels but I was pleasantly surprised by the sola bagels. Different macros but they were a lot softer than other lower calorie bagels I’ve tried.

I think I’d rather the two ingredient bagel. My boyfriend is obsessed with Dotz honey mustard pretzels! But they are $8 a bag!!! Why??? But Costco sells a big bag of the seasoned ones which I like better! Better bang for your buck I think it’s $10 but for a big bag!! Give them a try

Love your videos. When you type in the nutrition information it takes in to account all nutrition and doesn’t know what is zero points. The scan knows what is zero. Just an FYI

They had those bagels on sale at Whole Foods for $8.99 so I tried all the flavors. I agree, the plain just tasted like a roll, the everything was better, but a lot of the toppings fell off. I decided not to buy them again at full price.
