boil water in a large vessel, dip the jar of jam in it and keep for 2-3 hours. Remove and bring it to room temperature. Now you can store as per your preferences :)

Looks wonderful. I do have a question, though. For some diabetics, honey is still considered a sugar. Could this be made with something else, like stevia?

Then you have to add the stevia at the end of the process. Stevia should not be cooked for longer hours.

For this amount 10-12 days will be good if refrigerated in air-tight container. But don't store more than that s there will be chance of bacterial infections.
