Thank you for this. Super sarap and nakakahappy. I tried this today pero tinanggal ko yung carrot tapos nagdagdag ako ng mirin sa sauce. I loved the combo of cabbage and ginger. Takoyaki cravings satisfied at the comfort of our home🥰.

No need to use takoyaki mold, bale para syang mini tokwa torta (tortalet, di ko alam kung may ganon) o parang meatballs pero tokwaballs

It's Tofuyaki since there's no tako involved. I just wanna say that's the ugliest block of tofu I've ever seen in my entire life. 😅 I'll try this one today.
