I just randomly clicked on this video and I’m so happy I did bc of your mini talk abt PCOS. I honestly could never have guessed that you have it bc u look so healthy. It just shows the wide spectrum of women who deal with it silently. Your way of dealing with it is so inspiring. I have the hardest time sticking to healthy eating and regular workouts but I’m motivated as I get older to get my PCOS under control so thank you for the reminder of what an impact a healthy lifestyle can have ❤️

I love not only the vibe you give off but also your fashion, it's what I aim for. It's classy/casual, simple in the sense of it having not too many pieces and the colors are all warm, beige and it just looks so amazing. Just a tiny request: how do you dress for your work? I'm a medical student that's still in her 4th year and we go to hospitals now and I like something simple and casual underneath my lab coat but my mother wants me to step out of that comfort zone and dress up more. Do you have any tips as to how I can dress up but still have something convient and non restricting on? To please both parties? Thank you! ❤

I'm glad you spoke about pcos!! I have always had regular cycles but since stopping the pill its been very irregular. I went to the Dr and they said I have cysts.. but not pcos.. Anyway I've been trying to cure the cysts and heal my cycles all naturally. It will take a while to see results but im so determined to do it. I recently joined the pcos group on Facebook and its unbelievable how many women have the Condition, it effects thousands. It's crazy. Thank you for mentioning it leena💕

I never though you have PCOS you look so healthy and vibrant :) I was recently diagnosed with PCOS and have a lot of symptoms. I really want to change my diet however I still live at home and it is hard to convice my mum that bread or white rice and all the stuff is not healthy food if you have PCOS. omg I really related to what you were saying in the end bc I was also diagnosed with pcos at around 16 and all I could think of was the chance of me being infertile. The idea of not being able to have kids made me cry like alot haha, but this really inspired me to actually try and cure it naturally without depending on the ton of drugs I was given. I also didn't get my period for months at a time, but al7amdullah it's been coming back slowly
