I like that you make kid friendly recipes. I dont have any little ones but it helps with having ideas for the grand kids!

Very nice - good pace, very authentic, and interesting recipes. I do the minestrone soup but I keep the garlic out and make a 'pesto' (any nuts, loads of garlic, any soft herbs if no basil) and dollop this on the top. Brussel sprouts for breakfast is new to me as is the cherry bar which I will definitely be making. I think this kind of wholesome food is real 'love'.the best you can give your family.

I noticed you said you don’t have a spice grinder but you accidentally got the coarse salt, you can pulse in the food processor a few times to get a finer texture salt! I know this an old video but just in case ☺️

I definitely understand! When I cook I really only do it in pockets of time when my kids are playing or doing simple book work they don't need help with, or an activity at the kitchen table! The smaller kids are usually on the other side of the camera playing. It's always a juggling act and far from perfect. Getting really proficient in the kitchen (so you don't have to think too much about how you're doing something) is extremely helpful! My husband also helps a lot!

@@healthyelizabeth Thank you for taking the time to answer. I understand. It's not easy at all but is beautiful and with great satisfactions. I wish I could do the same when I was younger. Congratulations for you and your husband, you have a beautiful family in all aspects. I wish you a lot of health, happiness and all your wishes come true! 🤗
