This is good advice. Eating a pound of vegetables every day has dramatically impacted how much I eat. I’m not keto or vegan, I just eat a lb of non starchy vegetables daily and they work their magic. I eat them with dip so that I have flavor. It’s moving the scale without me feeling like I’m cutting things out. ❤

A family size bag of peanut m&ms has 19 servings @ 140 calories per serving so you could eat a whole family size bag and it would still be less than 2800 calories. So you’re right it’s definitely not 3500 calories in the serving she’s showing lol. I agree w the general sentiment of the video but we don’t need to demonize a couple handfuls of m&ms 😂

As someone who's recovering from a bad relationship with food, I don't think you should refer to foods as good or bad. Some foods are nourishing for the body, some for the mind. Both are important and good. Labeling certain foods as good creates more guilt when a person wants it. Just a little tip ❤

right that’s like cutting off something cold turkey. You’re eventually going to want it again or crave it because you’re used to having it. This is especially with such a topic super important, cause both losing fat & eating healthier can be very sensitive topics.
