सच है पहले किसी दिन बिर्रा (गेहूं चना मिलाकर पिसवाते थे ) , किसी दिन ज्वार की ,तो कभी मक्का की रोटी बनाते थे । ऐसे ही कभी चावल ,कभी समा , कोदों ,कुटकी का भात बनता था कभी खिचड़ी तो कभी सब्ज़ी वाला दलिया ।हम अभी भी यही सब खाते हैं । धन्यवाद 🙏🙏🙏
