Nice recipe ,Imake barley dosa . 1cup.udad dal + 1 cup barley ,soak and grind to dosa consistency,add methi powder , leave it to ferment and make healthy yummy dosas

I am glad I found this recipe, I need it🙏🏻 Is it possible to know the measured cup of barley in the second recipe and what is the other ingredient that you added to it. I assumed that you used one cup of barley in the first recipe !! Thanks a lot

I tried your first method and the roti was all in pieces. It’s was very soft atta where you couldn’t even shape it. I have to try the liquid dough method I guess
