1- oats &barley 2-nuts( soaked ,2-3walnuts &7-8almonds, per day ) 3-green tea( only 2-3 cups a day) 4-garlic(2-3 raw garlic empty stomach chew ) 5- legumes( pulses , kidney beans, chikpeas, chana, peas )

Thanks Dr. God bless you for sharing your knowledge. I have acidity problem, so any kind of dal is not suitable. Though love dal items. I have realized that even after adding garlic and hing in the dal, I will be able to consume little only for lunch. If I take the same dal / grams in the dinner, then it gives trouble to me.

You have suggested Green Tea. So which green tea as so many kind of green tea are available in market now a day. Also it should be with milk and sugar or what. My doctor asked me to not take tea as it create acidity. So let me know I should take or not.

Mujhe 7 days se sine e bharipan , saas phulna achanak , bachini lagta hai. Mai 42 years me wait bhi 42 hai.3 or 4 baje uthte hai. Medication karte hai 1hour. Morning walk anulom bilom , bhramri , udgit karte hai.
