These two cases are not even remotely the same. The only similarity is that this defendant was a police officer. no its manslaughter no they did not have any proof the gun was planted they just asked him if he did and he said no. there is no evidence he planted a gun but its unclear as some cops noticed it right away and some didnt notice the gun. could have been but also it could not have been planted. well they responed so quickly bc this same man was chasing his ex GF and her 2 kids in a stolen truck going 90mph with a stolen gun reguardless of the gun thats more than enough reason the only mistake they made was acting too quick thinking it was still a high speed chase senerio and they didnt realize he stopped calmed down and decided to go home but reguardless he did still break the law big time but the response was unwarranted when he gave up chasing his ex. the body was not staged at all idk where you got that sounds like you made it up bc they didnt say the body was moved and it wasnt. no hes not being charged with murder bc it wasnt a murder or we dont have the evidence to prove it was either way it doesnt matter if you think he murdered him if you dont have proof. i do agree that other cops should be more careful but honestly unless we get proof they planted a gun i think 6 years is more than he diserves with this little evidence.

Last time I checked, cops weren't supposed to determine your guilt or hand down your death sentence. We are ALL supposed to have rights. The right to a fair trial. Our innocence or guilt to be determ i ned by a j u ry consisting of our peers. The right to an adequate defense. To not be forced to undergo cruel and unusual punishment. To life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. All of George Floyd's rights and those of the untold number that have been unjustly murdered like him, are broken, their future selves' rights are forever taken away when that happened to them. @RageKage9879 ай бұрын
its involuntary bc we have no proof he wanted to shoot him all we know is hes a cop he showed up to do his job and deal with a criminal and he is a criminal he chased his ex GF in a stolen truck with a stolen gun with her 2 kids in her back seat at 90mph reguardless of if he gave up and decided to go home they had more than enough cause to go onto his property and arrest him. they gave him a command he refused and they shot after one cop saw him pointing a gun at his partner. it involuntary bc the cop didnt want to shoot him he shot him to save his partner bc a gun was pointed at him so his actions were forced. god man think for 2 seconds. no this isnt murder or regular manslaughter its involuntary. meaning he didnt want to shoot but had to to protect his partner im not sure i buy that but we cant prove what he was thinking we can only go off of the evidence and the evidence says its involuntary manslaughter not murder or manslaughter.

instead of guessing why dont you actually prove it and bring up an example of a normal citizen who committed involuntary manslaughter getting more than 6 years. ill wait. lmfao. btw it still wont prove your point bc every single case is different and cops have more authority and can do more things than the average citizen i mean no normal citizen would be able to go onto someone property after they committed a crime so it wouldnt be classified as involuntary manslaughter it would be manslaughter which would give you a higher sentence duh. its not corruption. lmfao
