I doubt most civilians would be able to wait out their appeal at home for two years. If it was one of us, we’d have been sitting in prison this whole time.

Why was he even out? If he was convicted then keep him in and let him serve his time

The judge granted him a bond while his case was under appear. Ridiculous! And for him to be under protective custody….crazy!!!

The fact that this thug ex-cop was allowed to be out on bond while he appealed his CONVICTION is a crime, in and of itself..

This ex cop has nerve to appeal his conviction. He’s lucky they upheld because retrial again might give him a bigger sentence if different judge. The Governor should step back and if he gives pardon VOTE him out if he protects dirty ex cop

I bet anything the governor is going to grant a pardon. Typical swaying of the injustice system.

If they pardon him. There will be a protest. I pray the governor does the morally right thing by God and the family, and not pardon him. The governor doesn't want to ge held accountable in the eyes of God for not serving justice

And the Governor of MO wants to give him a commutation or pardon right?
@_johnelia8435Ай бұрын
now that the governor pardoned him, it's time he lost someone close to him, so he knows how it feels... a son or daughter.. sounds about right.

Here is what's sickening: The governor could pardon him despite what, even what the reporter just said: the evidence is convincingly in the state's favor. Well, this is and will always be my response to situations such as this: Jesus will straighten it all out when he gets here. He can straighten out. If I may quote him in his conversation with a famous theologian regarding all men: "I know what is in his mind and in his heart and the end to which his intention is directed. For he cannot deceive me."

This officer is not guilty. He protected himself and another officer. Why is he in jail ?

Literally a lazy argument you didn’t go over the facts you’re just being a bootlick. They were in his backyard illegally and escalated a situation that was already deescalated that’s why he’s in prison. Of course there’s always one clown who just goes off the person race and automatically assume guilt. If the police union isn’t willing to back you that says even they don’t agree with your methods.
