Great question! The Higher Self is where we truly desire to live and experience from 24/7. Choosing to come from love instead of fear is a major step in the healing process. However, when you are prompted to do any form of healing work, do it responsibly. Meaning, preventing it from becoming a rabbit hole, or secondary cause. Remember, you already are what you seek. I have tried to be in the role of an observer, but some things seem to be so deep that it has been easier to process the unexperienced need/feeling in myself and after this it has been easier to accept desires. However, we have to live with the ego here, so I feel like a little bit of healing work will reduce the resistance. It is true that it can also lead to a rabbit hole, it has also been experienced. Experiences related to femininity and the appreciation of women have required healing work, although I think I recognize the higher self in myself and can be as an observer. There seem to be so many different opinions on this matter that I'll be happy to wait for your video. Thanks a lot!
