It's one thing to be a pastor of 50 people where they come for fellowship or service and then go back to thier houses. And it's another thing to be a pastor of a people who live with you. In your house daily. Takes tremendous grace given their backgrounds, characters, personalities, etc yet you father them, take care of them, feed them and all that.
