How to Hard Restart Phonak Hearing Aids

Firstly, locate the multi-function button on the back of your hearing aid. It has a top and bottom part. For the hard restart, you'll need to press and hold the bottom part of this button for at least 30 seconds. It's important not to release the button prematurely, even if the lights on your hearing aid change during this process.
This hard restart method is a common solution when your hearing aid is not charging as expected. After holding down the button for 30 seconds, release it and then place your hearing aid in the charger. If it wasn't charging before, it should start charging now. Leave the hearing aid in the charger for another hour to ensure it charges fully.
