Oh, and on another side note, I recommend reacting to the live action version when you're right before Logue Town, in other words after the Arlong Park arc. Also, optional, there's movies to react to too. The first movie is set after the Buggy arc that you're to. Admittedly, the earlier movies(except for Omatsuri) aren't as high quality as most of the later ones that start with Strong World onwards, but they're still good in their own way, even if not on par with those epics.

Fun fact one piece is the best selling manga of all time it has sold over more than 510+ million manga keep in mind that is more than jjk,aot,demon slayer,mha combined One piece has always been cooking since it first released in 1997 it's the best story ever told and is well deserved to be in top and once the one piece remake comes out boiiii no one will ever doubt it's the greatest manga of all time

Oh! And another thing for you to note.... The fillers in One Piece vary. Some aren't that great, but others like Warship Island and especially G-8 are great. Highly recommend G-8 at the least. ...I'd almost do the same for Warship Island, buuuuut they did something they shouldn't have in that filler. They put actions that underplayed major events that occur later in the series. Like making it to where Zoro cut through a certain thick structure that undermines a major growth moment that occurs in a later arc. And it hinted towards something special about Luffy that originally wasn't truly revealed till after time skip over 500 episodes later. So..... yeah, though it was a good filler(especially loved the filler ally in it), it made those mistakes in it that undermined massive plot points later.

Oh, and though I recommend the openings and endings as a reaction, there's a reason to not watch the openings while watching the anime itself, because the openings do spoil. But, without the context, the spoilers just don't register for the most part with few exceptions. Context is everything, eh?
