Hearing Test - Infant Hearing Screening

SWIS-H stands for Statewide Infant Screening Hearing.
All newborn babies in NSW are offered a newborn hearing test.
1-2 babies in every 1000 will have significant hearing loss. Early detection of hearing loss minimises the impact on speech and language development.
