I hope you’re doing well. I just wanted to say that I used to watch your Heart and Soul video years ago around the time when it first came out. The one with a lot of views where you did different versions of the song. I was a freshman in high school and taking a piano class and Heart and Soul-for some reason-was my favorite song. I downloaded your versions of the song and listened to them every day for about 1-2 years. I LOVED the “fun with the melody” one. Fast forward to now, I’ve just turned 24 and I had found my old iPod a couple of weeks ago. It had all those songs on it and I got kind of emotional. I don’t know what it is about this song or the way you played it but it’s a fixture in my life and I wanted to thank you for sharing your talent! Those songs always cheer me up when I’m down. Thanks again.

Thanks for the feedback. This particular video from three years ago is likely the last one I will post on H & S, as my interests have changed over the years. Most people who like H & S also like oldies from the late fifties/early sixties, because the same 4-chord pattern (C/Am/F/G) was used in those songs also.
