Heart at Work: Blind colleague leads Aetna members with heart

When Chad Duncan lost his sight because of a rare genetic disease, he forged a new path forward for himself, refusing to let any barriers of his new disability get in his way. Now, as a Behavioral Health Clinical Team Leader with Aetna, Chad uses his unmatched listening skills - along with some help from his seeing eye dog, Perry - to connect with members who have experienced trauma. Additionally, as a leader of CapAbilities, CVS Health's 1,900-member Colleague Resource Group, Chad helps to foster #TeamCVS as a place where everyone belongs.
