अगर आप मुसलमान जिस तरह रमजान महिने मे रोजा रखते है वैसे अपवास/fasting करो तो 98% फायदा हो जाएगा। ये फास्टींग तीन महिने करे। सुबह से शाम तक कम से कम 13 घण्टे का अपवास करे, पानी भी नही पीना है। निर्जला अपवास। 👍
