Heart is an American rock band formed in 1970 in Seattle, Washington by Steve Fossen (bass guitar), Roger Fisher (guitar), David Belzer (keyboards), and Jeff Johnson (drums). It evolved from an existing band, White Heart. Since 1973 the vocalists for Heart have been sisters Ann Wilson (lead vocals, flute, guitar) (born June 19, 1950) and Nancy Wilson (vocals, guitar, mandolin) (born March 16, 1954). Over Heart's history, it has had three primary lineups.
Heart first found success when its members moved to Canada, in part to avoid the draft, then later in the United States, and ultimately worldwide. Heart rose to fame in the mid-1970s with music influenced by hard rock and heavy metal, as well as folk music. The band's popularity declined in the early 1980s, but they launched a successful comeback in 1985 which continued into the 1990s, releasing numerous hard-rock songs and ballads. Heart disbanded in 1998, then resumed performing in 2002. In the summer of 2019, Heart ended their 2016 acrimonious break-up by launching their "Love Alive" tour.
To date, Heart has sold over 35 million records worldwide, including over 22.5 million in album sales in the U.S. They have had top 10 albums on the Billboard 200 in the 1970s, 1980s, 1990s, and 2010s.

Gosh, Ann Wilson is so young and beautiful with a voice to match, here. She's apparently ageless after watching her Led Zep honor. Nancy, beautiful as well, and still rippin' the acoustic. This group was nothing short of amazing - those drums...sooo tight. And Roger Fisher? Total Riffmeister - came up with the riff for Barracuda; so simple, yet badass. Like "Smoke On The Water," by Deep Purple, It's the riff every beginner guitarist MUST learn first. I know it was for me. Two of the first women to start breaking down the gender-bias of rock n roll. My ex husband is now back on track with our children and with me, it's been tough but we always had Our Lord to carry us through all of the sadness and anger, God is merciful and he forgives:)

centuryrox. I could have written the exact same thing as you have. I'm going on 52 years old soon, so I heard this song first when I was a sophomore in 1982, even though it was already written prior, and playing on the air. I became an instant fan of that voice of Ann's, without even seeing her face. Flash forward to 2016, when I had a chance to meet this wonderful soul at a meet-and-greet before their concert. As fans, we couldn't even make eye contact with Ann or Nancy....no opportunity for questions or brief comments to thank them for being themselves, and how wonderful many people have felt for hearing their sound and instruments. Even the autographed posters they handed-out were pre-signed. I paced the floor the day before, wondering how it would be to meet them. There was a couple hours dedicated to this offer, and only about 20-25 total fans that bought this package, so time could have been dedicated to something pretty special. The version in my mind was so much better than the one that actually happened. Joan Jett was playing that night as well. I bet she would have smiled and greeted the fans. It was disappointing, but I'm still glad I shared a spot right next to the Wilson sisters, even if it was for a few seconds.

We may still have time We might still get by Every time I think about it I wanna cry With bombs and the devil And the kids keep coming No way to breathe easy No time to be young But I tell myself that I'm doing alright There's nothing left to do at night But go crazy on you Crazy on you Let me go crazy, crazy on you My love is the evening breeze touching your skin The gentle sweet singing of leaves in the wind The whisper that calls after you in the night And kisses your ear in the early light And you don't need to wonder, you're doing fine And my love, the pleasure's mine Let me go crazy on you Crazy on you Let me go crazy, crazy on you Wild man's world is crying in pain What you gonna do when everybody's insane? So afraid of one who's so afraid of you What you gonna do? Crazy on you Crazy on you Let me go crazy, crazy on you I was a willow last night in my dream I bent down over a clear running stream Sang you the song that I heard up above And you kept me alive with your sweet flowing love Crazy, crazy on you Let me go crazy, crazy on you Crazy on you Crazy on you Let me go crazy, crazy on you Crazy on you Crazy on you Let me go crazy, crazy on you
