I was there in 1996, there is a cabin near there. Very few people new about this cave back then, it was so clean, no graffiti, or even garbage, it looked natural back then. Go to the back of the cave in the middle of the night and turn off your lights and look out, it looks like a bad dream. Good times!

I also went to the bunker recently in October 2019. To find this place I've posted some directions. From the parking lot of the Heart Creek day use area take the path leading west. After about 12 minutes you’ll see a marker for the Trans Canada Trail and the trail splits. Go left, walk for about 15 minutes, then you’ll see the trail split again. Go left, then about 2 minutes later the trail splits again so go left again. After about 10 minutes of hiking along the side of the mountain you’ll arrive at the tunnel entrance.

There is a cabin a little ways below the cave, we used to fallow ridge along the TransCanada highway and there was a path that leads to the cabin. One night my friend and i were camping in the cabin for the night, my friend was cooking eggs and bacon on the wood burning stove and we were drinking beer and smoking weed, then: we heard a ping on the window, my friend said it was a tree limb or pinecone, I said, I don't think so, that sounded like a pebble on glass, my friend was laughing at me, less than a minute later, the door started moving, OMG! My friend was screaming, Its a bear! I said to my friend...bears don't throw rocks! We were both yelling... who is it?! But No one was Answering us, so we were both holding the door closed, then.... RCMP! open up! The RC's walked in and said, the president of the climbing school is not impressed with you, you can't be here, the police said to us, then my friend said to the officers, we will be gone in the morning and everything will be clean, as we found it, one of the officers said, thanks fellas have a good night.

You make me want to get out and see Alberta. I subbed on the first video I watched of yours. You have fantastic content! Thank you for taking the time to record, edit and post. I plan on doing the Trans Alta this year and a trip to the top of limestone mountain.
