This was big- some things I kinda knew but didn't really sink i- as I heal others in my thoughts and prayers, I heal myself. I say prayers of gratitude daily for many things in that day- i send safety prayers to children walking down a sidewalk alone, or even together, I surround my cats with light as they go out to wander the neighborhood...those kinds of prayers. Sometimes when I go to festivals or anywhere where there are extremely high vibrations I will make a psy ball and set the intention to draw upon those who have the excess energy and are willing, and I set the intention to activate and maximize everyone’s life in the most beneficial and high vibrational possibilities and I envision all the people I have seen and come in contact with and imagine them in their best bodies, their banks full and I set the intention for this to be a massive dominos effect of healing and amplification and I set it to continue on into infinity into a fractal, and when I did this I envisioned it in the color of my heart chakra and when I sent it out, it stoppped like 3 feet or so from my body and turned red and shot back into my body and I physically felt this HIGH VIBRATIONAL THICK ENERGY. Melt into my chest and I believe it was root energy because that’s what I needed most at that time, and it caused immediate merkaba activation and I bursted out of my body and felt the most powerful I have ever felt in my life I had random people stopping and hugging me thinking they knew me it was insane I was like what’s happpppppening lmao

And I really was crying tears of joy and gratitude while I created this vibrational healing, I was so humbled to just experience and be in the presence of so much love and happiness and I felt the overwhelming part to just add to that in some small way and it needed up being a big way in the end.
