YES. that's Bang Yedam also known as 4th gen's vocalist. he was actually in kpop star and finished 2nd at age 12 with AKMU being first. he's one of THE best and is respected and praised by all his seniors and peers. fun fact: he covered a shawn mendes song on stray kids survival show and that cover was so popular that shawn mendes admitted that he was addicted to yedam's voice and listened to it so many times. "the serious guy" is asahi. he's the producer and lyricist of treasure. his voice is so beautiful istg and also....he is a robot almost lmao. he BARELY shows emotions, his MBTI says (97% introverted 3% extroverted) so....

Treasure debuted last Aug. 07, 2020. BOY, I LOVE YOU, MMM are TREASURE's 2020 songs era. Then , JIKJIN was their recent 2022 comeback song after a 1 year hiatus in 2021.

Treasure was ready to debut a long time ago, YG was just YG and didn't give them the chance until now. They were highly anticipated! I have been there since before debut and I can tell you that it took them way to long. Yedam who was the one with the Lover shirt on in the first video, he has been in YG's dungeon. As we like to call it haha. He has been with YG the longest and got a solo track as a special part of their debut. Bang Yedam, has one of the greatest vocals. I'm excited you're getting into them, I couldn't wait to watch this video as soon as I could. Have fun getting to know them, you will adore them in no time. They are such a fun group 💎

24:00 now that u mentioned it i think it's something to do with their label because the sunbae's blackpink have a similar sequence. Ktl, pwf,whistle,pretty savage,see you later, lovesickgirls etc are similar to the love themes and heartbreaks. If you notice "peddle to the medal" 25:47 came in one of bp song(see you later) and there was a ktl reference.(when rosie was driving the car 25:45) Not trying to compare or anything im just trying to make a point that yg artists are similar yet different

The song JikJin, There are more references to YG artist, bigbang, 2ne1, IKON and blackpink. But like you said, not trying to compare them, but I think they used lines from other yg groups and made this song. Genius. I only found this fact from watching a reaction from "itsANDYandJAS" who speaks Korean and can interpret the lyrics and sound instantly.

it is funny because the first time I listened to I LOVE YOU I felt the same, didn't like it as much as the rest of the song but I ended LOVING IT, I love you is my favorite treasure song right now hahah it grows on you! and also the impact and the wave visuals during the chorus is amazing
